Windham's Technology Department is offering Parents/Guardians the opportunity to book one-on-one help sessions with one of our PowerSchool specialists.
These sessions are for 15 minutes each and can be in-person at the SAU office or via Zoom, whichever is convenient for you. We recommend these sessions for parents/guardians who feel they need more assistance than just a password reset. We can assist with such things as how to navigate MyPowerHub or how to view your student's schedule, grades, etc. We are booking 2 sessions per time slot. When booking, check both support specialist's availability if your preferred day or time isn't open with one. For simple support requests, please continue to use our Google Parent Support Form.
If you book an appointment to meet via Zoom with screen sharing, we will send you a Zoom link before your designated meeting time.
Note: If you are looking for help with the mobile app we suggest meeting in person as screensharing the app may not be an option.
